Kate Murphy is an award-winning organizer in the Durham Region of Ontario, specializing in family homes and small businesses. She helps clients navigate decluttering through life changes, conquer the overwhelming mess that is motherhood, create functioning spaces for growing businesses, classroom teachers and administrative professionals, and partners with real estate agents to expedite packing, staging, and moving efforts. With a background in teaching and a childhood painted with trauma, Kate is well-known for her ability to relate to her clients and deeply understand the root of their decluttering challenges. Kate is a mom to two very spunky Taurus girls, wife to a musician and avid golfer, and is constantly picking up the floof of her beloved golden retriever- and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Kate's advice for entrepreneurial mothers: People will always tell you to find your “why.” I believe we all have more than one “why,” and that it’s okay to feed each of those “whys” differently. One will take more time, one will take more money, another will take more patience. As long as the “whys” and the kids are fed, you’re doing great.
