This Mother Means Business Community

By checking the box next to this Terms of Use and clicking the “Purchase” button, you, the purchaser of a subscription to the membership site titled This Mother Means Business Community (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein. By doing so, you willingly enter into a legally binding agreement, including automatic renewal terms, with This Mother Means Business (hereinafter referred to as “TMMB”), as follows:

1. Membership Subscription

Payment Terms

The monthly subscription fee for This Mother Means Business Community is eighty-seven CAD dollars ($87) payable monthly, or eight hundred ninety-seven CAD dollars ($897) annually.Membership is 12 months in length, regardless of whether it is payable monthly or annually. Promotional rates may apply and are outlined at checkout during promotional periods.

If you were gifted a membership, this agreement remains valid and binding.

Membership Detail

By subscribing, you gain access to educational resources, group mentoring calls, and a supportive community of like-minded female entrepreneurs. 

Membership does not replace personalized business, medical, or legal advice. Clients seeking tailored support should seek professional services outside of the membership.

Client Acknowledgment

You confirm that you have reviewed the membership details and understand the services provided and excluded.

2. Promotions and Bonuses

TMMB may offer promotions or bonuses that include additional terms and conditions. Clients participating in such promotions agree to these terms and the additional conditions.

TMMB reserves the right to modify membership pricing or deliverables for future offerings. Current members may experience price adjustments at TMMB’s discretion.

3. Confidentiality

As a member, you gain access to proprietary content, including written, verbal, and video resources. Sharing, copying, or distributing this content is prohibited.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of membership and legal action.

4. Testimonials

Providing testimonials is voluntary. If provided, testimonials and associated content may be used by TMMB for promotional purposes without compensation.

TMMB has the right to share publicly available comments or feedback posted by members on social platforms or within the membership community.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Auto-Renewal

Membership renews automatically on the original purchase date for monthly or annual subscriptions unless canceled as outlined below. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Membership Cancellation,” including your name and membership details. Cancellation requests must be submitted more than 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

Late cancellation requests will apply to the following billing cycle. Access will continue until the end of the paid term.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, access to the membership will be restricted until payment is made. After 60 days of non-payment, the membership will be canceled.

6. Refund Policy

TMMB offers a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee for first-time purchasers. Refunds require proof of participation and effort in the program.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to [email protected] with proof of participation. Refunds are granted at TMMB’s discretion.

7. Technology Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate technology to access the membership. TMMB is not responsible for access issues due to client-side technology limitations.

8. Voluntary Participation

Membership participation is voluntary. TMMB is not liable for outcomes or consequences of participation. Sharing personal information within the community is optional and at the client’s discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within the membership remain the intellectual property of TMMB. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or use of this material is prohibited.

Members are granted a limited, revocable license to use membership materials for personal purposes only.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold TMMB harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the membership.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Ontario, Canada. Arbitration decisions are final and binding.

12. Amendments

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Clients agree to abide by the most current version of the terms. Material changes will be communicated to members.

13. Authorization and Release

By participating in the membership, clients grant TMMB the right to use any recordings or statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Addendum: Membership Benefits

Membership includes:

• Monthly masterclasses with expert-led topics.

• Monthly coaching and connection calls.

• Quarterly curated cohorts of entrepreneurial women.

• Access to community forums and resources.

• Templates and tools to streamline life and business.

By completing your registration, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms in full.
